About
Revolution Manifesto
In today’s culture, youth are looking for purpose. We believe that we have the means to bring about a realization of true fulfillment in the lives of young people. It is purpose that created us, that connects us, that moves us, that guides us, that drives us. It is purpose that defines us. Without an understanding of purpose, this generation will remain lost. Futile attempts to secure purpose only lead to a generation without direction, lost; to be manipulated by pop culture media, slick advertising campaigns, and anything that grabs their attention in the moment. Real purpose only comes with a relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Mission Statement: To incite this generation to vehemently pursue Jesus Christ.
Our Core Values
Faith: Our faith is centered on the person of Jesus Christ, his sacrifice, and the Word of God.
Integrity: We are who we say we are; we are real with all of our faults and strengths. We will do the right thing, regardless of popular opinion.
Relationships: We are at our core self-giving, and we will go to heroic measures to meet the needs of others.
Vision: We believe in the impossible—that through our influence we can bring change to our culture. We are not a fringe group of obscure religious churchgoers. We have what this generation is looking for, and we intend to show them.
Excellence: We will be people who demand greatness from ourselves in everything we do. We will not sell ourselves short.
What We Believe:
The Bible: We believe that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible authoritative Word of God. (II Tim. 3:16)
God the Father: We believe in one God, Maker of all things who eternally exists in the Trinity as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. (I John 5:4-7; John 1:1-14)
Jesus: We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
(I Corinthians 15:3; I Peter 2:23-24; John 3:16)
Salvation: We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. ( Rom. 3:21-30; Gal. 4:4-7)
Holy Spirit: We believe that the full consummation of the baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and by the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public service.
(Acts 1:8; 2:42-43; 10:44-46; 19:2-6; Matt. 3:11)
Baptism: The word Baptism means “immersion.” Water baptism is an outward sign of an inward working. It is displaying our immersion into Christ. Water baptism is your opportunity to “publicly” identify with the “public” redemption Jesus purchased for you. (Hebrews 6:1-2)
